Initial Setup
Click here to download the MActive Pro App from Google Play or App Store.
1. Open the Bluetooth settings of your device and turn Bluetooth on.
2. Download the MActive Pro app.
3. Follow the instructions in the app and create a profile.
You can also download the app directly from your App Store or Google Play.
Note: If your smartphone is not paired with the smartwatch, go into the Bluetooth settings
of your cell phone and check if it is paired with the smartwatch. Go into the Bluetooth
settings of your cell phone and check if the URBAN PLUS signal is available. If it appears in
the list, the Bluetooth signal is working properly. Check if the smartwatch has been paired
with other cell phones before. In case it is paired with another smartphone, click on
Settings - Bluetooth on your smartphone and check if the URBAN PLUS signal is there. If it
is, it means that there is no problem with the Bluetooth signal. Check if the watch has been
paired with other cell phones and unpair it. Users of iOS devices should click on Settings -
Bluetooth - ignore this device and then pair it.
Pairing iOS devices
1. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Access the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone and look for the "URBAN PLUS"
option in the list. Once selected, the Bluetooth icon on your smartwatch will change and
a paired chain will appear.
3. Open the App and select "Device". Then select "Add new device".
4. Choose the "URBAN PLUS" device that will appear in the list.
5. A confirmation message will appear on the smartwatch screen to synchronize it with
your cell phone. Allow the synchronization.
6. A pairing message may appear on the screen of your device. Allow pairing.
7. Accept all notification permissions requested by the smartwatch.
Pairing Android devices
1. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Open the App and select "Device". Then select "Add new device".
3. Choose the device "URBAN PLUS" from the list. Once selected, the Bluetooth icon on
your smartwatch will change and a paired chain will appear.
4. A pairing message may appear on the screen of your device. Allow pairing.
5. Accept all notification permissions requested by the smartwatch.
