buffer can contain

bytes
of
data.
At
least
1
byte
will
be used
for the
CHARACTER
code
mode.
But

since

printer
provides
you
with automatic
printing,
you
are
guaranteed
that
no
loss
of
data
due
to
overflow
will
occur. This
means
that
you
really
don't
have
to
worry about
buffer
size.
