Have you recently updated the PCMT firmware ? Yes - The firmware update may not have been successful. Try to do it again. No - The PCMT may be damaged. Contact ATSI. I did a firmware update, and now my PCMT doesn't work.
PCMT is returned. ATSI is aware that many jurisdictions are reluctant to lose access to their tester for any extended period of time. For this reason, we attend promptly to testers returned for calibration, and return them in the shortest time consistent with accurate calibration followed by a continuous test run of at least 24 hours.
Within this period, in the event of a defect, malfunction, or other failure of the Product while in the custody of the Purchaser, ATSI will remedy the defect or cause of failure without charge to the Purchaser.

Option 2: Customize Windows shortcuts to connect to specific testers. Right click on the PCMT-8800 Test Manager Software shortcut and select “Properties”.
