Wrench specification: T30. 3.3 Selection of Installation Site 3.3.1 Installation Environment The use environment has a certain influence on the service life and reliability of the smart communication box.

When handling equipment, move it carefully to avoid impact or fall.

If there is any discrepancy, take notes and contact the distributor immediately. After unpacking, if the smart communication box will be stored for a long time, it's recommended to pack the equipment with original plastic package.

Step 6 Use the screws M5*50 in the accessories to fix the smart communication box, as shown in Figure3-11.

Figure3-12 Assemble installation holder Step 2 Place the assembled installation holder onto the installation site, use a horizontal ruler to adjust the angle, and mark the position of the hole on the wall, as shown in Figure3-13.

Drilling hole size is Φ14.5mm, depth range is 55~60mm. Fix the installation holder to the expansion bolts, put on flat washers, spring washers and nuts, and then tighten the nuts clockwise with a wrench, as shown in Figure3-17.

Smart Communication Box KM-ACU User Manual 3 Installation 3.5.2 Floor-mounted Installation The smart communication box can be installed in the foundation by the embedded anchor bolts. Step 1 Build the foundation based on the mounting hole size of smart communication box, as shown in Figure3-20.

Smart Communication Box KM-ACU 3 Installation User Manual Single-phase AC 220V power connection Step 1 Loosen the nylon cable gland marked "Input AC220V" at the bottom of the smart communication box. Step 2 Draw the single-phase AC 220V power wire through the nylon cable gland, strip the insulation layer of the single-phase AC 220V power wire by wire stripper and crimp it to the terminal by wire crimper, and then connect it with the single-phase input switch, as shown in Figure3-25.
