FUNZIONAMENTO / FUNCTION - Il riduttore di pressione ha la funzione di ridurre e stabilizzare la pressione di un gas portandola dal valore con cui esso é contenuto in bombola a quella necessaria per l’utilizzo. - Il riduttore di pressione é concepito per essere utilizzato solo ed esclusivamente per il tipo di gas ed alla pressione indicati sulla marcatura.
- Page 4 2.1 CONNECTION OF THE PRESSURE REDUCER - Check that the pressure reducer is correct both for the type of gas and the pressure in the cylinder in use. - Turn the pressure adjusting screw (6) anticlockwise, to check that the pressure reducer valve is closed. - Replace the gasket (2) if it is damaged or lost and any time you change the cylinder.
- Page 5 CAUTIONS • Before opening the cylinder valve (1), check carefully that the reducer is completely closed (turn the pressure adjusting screw (6) anticlockwise). 3.2 HOW TO REGULATE PRESSURE - To increase pressure: slowly turn the reducer pressure adjusting screw (6) clockwise. - To decrease pressure: slowly turn the reducer pressure adjusting screw (6) anticlockwise.
- Page 6 - Se non si rileva alcun danneggiamento nella parte esterna si consiglia di spedire il riduttore di pressione al rivenditore in modo che questo possa controllarlo e ripararlo. AVVERTENZE PER LA SICUREZZA • Non utilizzare il riduttore di pressione se si verificano i seguenti malfunzionamenti: - la guarnizione di tenuta (2) risulta danneggiata o sia stata persa.
- Page 7 5.2 RELIEF VALVE - For safety reasons, the pressure reducer is equipped with an excess pressure valve. - In case of mulfunctioning, this valve allows the gas pressure in excess to escape. CAUTIONS - Do not modify the calibration of the relief valve. 5.3 CHECKING THE SEAL - This check must be carried out only in the open air: use either soapy water or a gas leak detector.
