1300 Series Portable Wind Machine Owner's Manual WARNING (cont.) 6. Never place any part of your body near or attempt to touch any part of the wind machine, engine, or drive train while in operation. You or your clothing could entangle resulting in severe injury, loss of a limb, and possibly death.
Running out of fuel will cause drivetrain damage. If your wind machine is equipped with the Orchard-Rite® shear pin system, running out of fuel should cause the shear pins to break saving the drivetrain. If this happens, fill the fuel tank, replace the shear pins, and restart your wind machine.
