When doing so, quote the product number (E-No.) and serial num.
ber (F No) of your machine. You will find these numbers on the rat-
ing plate.
Providing these numbers enables the service centre 10 make pre-
cise identification of the required spare pan so that your washing
machine can be repaired on the engineer's first visit. You will thus
save yourself additional costs due to repeated visits by the service
engineer.
