The gas cooker may only be stored if it
entirely cooling down and drying off (if necessary).
has been cleaned,
has been disconnected from the gas cylinder/can be stored separately.
CAUTION!
Note that storing the device in (totally) closed rooms or in outside areas is not permitted.
Igniting the burner
Before commissioning, ensure that a leak test has been carried out.
1.
Open the main gas valve.
2. Push the knob in and turn it counter-clockwise to the "ON" position until you hear the ignition
click. The large and small burners ignite.
3. To use only the small burner, turn the control further to the right.
4. To control the burning power, set the control to the desired position between "ON" and "OFF."
Gently move the knob towards the "OFF" position. The flame may go out in this area and gas
may escape.
5. If the burner does not ignite as desired, there may be air in the system.
6. Turn the control back to OFF and wait at least 5 min to ensure that gas fumes have dissipated
before attempting to light the burner again.
Observe the height and colour of the flame as the burners are used. The flame should be blue on the
inside and yellow on the tip.
ATTENTION!
Material damage hazard! Clogged or blocked burners result in poor gas flow and poor com-
bustion with higher gas consumption. This can also accelerate the wear and tear of the device.
Security after operation
Always allow the stove to cool completely before touching it.
Always remove the gas cylinder from the stove when not in use – a safety cap should be fitted
on the gas cylinder.
Remove the regulator connection and store it under the grill inside the cooker.
Never store gas cylinders in an enclosed space (house, garage, etc.). Store outdoors in a well-
ventilated, shaded area and away from heat sources or open flames.
Caring and maintaining
Clean the cooker with hot, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry before storing. Wipe the re-
maining exposed parts of the stove with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives.
To protect the stove, the device must be kept clean and covered at all times when not in use.
Cover and store in a sheltered place and out of the reach of children and pets.
After storing the product, before using it again, make sure that the burners are free of leaves,
dirt, insects, cobwebs, etc., as these can obstruct the flow of combustion air.
Before each use, the burner flame should be visually inspected for proper operation. DO NOT
use burner/flame if not working properly.
This stove requires unrestricted airflow to operate properly.
The stove should always be kept away from combustible materials, fuel, or other combustible
vapours or liquids during operation or storage.
