L’utilizzo dell’apparecchiatura oggetto di questa documentazione è da considerarsi “Uso Proprio” se adibito al trattamento per la cottura o la rigenerazione di generi destinati ad uso alimentare, ogni altro uso è da considerarsi “Uso Improprio” e quindi pericoloso. Divieto all’operatore omogeneo di eseguire qualsiasi tipo di operazione (installazione, manutenzione e/o altro) senza aver prima preso visione dell’intera documentazione.

    POSIZIONAMENTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE 3.1 PREMESSA L’apparecchiatura, secondo i casi, viene spedita come de- scritto di seguito: Bloccata sul bancale di legno con rivestimento interno di opportuno materiale per imballaggio (particolare A). La scelta della soluzione d’imballo dipende dalla distanza del trasporto, dalle prescrizioni del cliente e dai tempi di giacenza dell’apparecchiatura dentro l’imballo.
  • Page 12 POSIZIONAMENTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE 3.5 RIMOZIONE DEI MATERIALI DI PROTEZIONE L’apparecchiatura viene protetta nelle superfici esterne con un rivestimento di pellicola adesiva che deve esse- re rimossa manualmente terminata la fase di posizionamento. Pulire con cura l’apparecchiatura, esternamente e internamente, asportando manualmente tutto il materiale utilizzato a protezione delle parti.

Le choix de la solution d’emballage dépend de la distance de transport, des prescriptions du client et des temps de stoc- kage de l’appareil dans l’emballage.
  • Page 29 MISE EN PLACE ET MANUTENTION RETIRER LES MATÉRIAUX DE PROTECTION L’appareil est protégé au niveau des surfaces extérieurs, avec un film adhésif qui doit être retiré manuellement une fois la phase de positionnement terminée. Nettoyer l’appareil avec soin, à l’extérieur et à l’intérieur, en retirant manuellement tout le matériel utilisé pour protéger les pièces.

    AUFSTELLUNG UND HANDLING Verpflichtungen - Verbote - Tipps - Empfehlungen Nach Erhalt des Geräts die Verpackung öffnen und sicherstellen, dass das Gerät und das Zubehör während des Transports nicht beschädigt wurden. Sollten Schäden festgestellt werden, müssen Sie dies dem Spediteur sofort melden. Des Weiteren dürfen Sie das Gerät nicht installieren, sondern müssen sich mit einem qualifizierten und autorisierten Techniker in Verbindung setzen, um den Schaden zu melden.

Reinigen Sie das Gerät sorgfältig innen und außen. Entfernen Sie das gesamte zum Schutz dienende Material. Edelstahlflächen sind vorsichtig zu reinigen, um sie nicht zu beschädigen.

Bei geringeren Abständen müssen die entsprechenden Wände mit Brandschutz und/oder Isoliermaterial versehen werden. Die Geräte so positionieren, dass die Seitenteile perfekt anlie-gen (siehe F).

Carefully clean the appliance, externally and internally, manually removing all the material used to protect the parts. Be careful not to damage stainless steel surfaces.
