This accessory is capable of amputating hands and feet and throwing objects. Failure to observe the following safety instructions could result in serious injury. All operators, no matter how experienced they may be, should read this and other manuals related to the vehicle and accessory before operating.

    SAFETY PRECAUTIONS OPERATION: MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE Do not put hands or feet near, under or inside rotating parts.     ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANT: UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED TORQUE ALL BOLTS ACCORDING TO TORQUE SPECI- FICATION TABLE (SEE TABLE OF CONTENTS) WHEN STATED: TIGHTEN FIRMLY. REFER TO PARTS BREAKDOWN SECTION FOR PART IDENTIFICATION. NOTE: In this manual, the right and left side is determined by sitting on the seat of the vehicle facing toward. WARNING Remove the snowblower from the shipping crate.

    ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY STEP 1 SNOWBLOWER PREPARATION: Refer to parts breakdown section for parts identification. Loosen the tensioner (item 1) of the hydraulic motor. Install the metal rotation ring (item 2) over the opening of the chute as shown. Install the nylon rotation ring (item 3) over the opening of the chute as shown.

    ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY NOTE: Lower the parking stand (item 1) with your foot. Turn the snowblower face down. Take care to avoid being pinched by the parking stand. Insert the key (item 2) in the half drive line (item 3) as shown.
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY Swing the parking stand (item 1) towards the snowblower and unite the half driveline (item 2) to the shaft (item 3). Connect the flexible hoses for the snowblower’s chute rotation to the vehicle’s hydraulic system taking care to thread them through the hose support on the side of the vehicle.
