Settings
Send help messages
Set the device to send a help message to preset contacts in an emergency situation. Press the
Power button three times to send the message. Refer to
On the Settings screen, tap Privacy and safety → Send help messages and tap the Send
help messages switch to activate it.
• E dit primary contacts: Select or edit the recipients for help messages.
• S end pictures: Set the device to send photos taken by the front and rear cameras with
the help message.
This feature may not be available depending on the region or service provider.
• S end sound recording: Set the device to record sound and send it along with the
message to the recipients.
Accounts
Add email or SNS accounts.
On the Settings screen, tap Accounts.
Backup and reset
Change the settings for managing settings and data.
On the Settings screen, tap Backup and reset.
• B ack up: Set the device to back up settings and app data with your Samsung account.
• R estore: Restore settings and app data using your Samsung account.
• S torage usage: View your Samsung account server's storage information.
• F actory data reset: Reset settings to the factory default values and delete all data.
