TP (Traffic Programme) indication
When the "TP" indicator ts lit, this means that the presently-received
Station or a station
in the same
network
Is transmitting traffic
information. When "TP" is displayed for the station being received,
the traffic information of this station can be received without EON
reservation.

Receive one of RDS stations.
Select a station with which the EON and |
RDS indicators light.

5 | Wait for a reserved reception to start.
Leave the station with which the EDN and RDS indicators
light tuned
in. The tuner stands
by for the reception
provided that the power is left ON.
When waiting for information while
listening to a RDS station without the EON
function
lf the "EON"
indicator does not light in steps @ and @ and the
desired kind of information has already been selected, the informa-
tion from only the station being received will be waited for.
Press numeric keys in the order as described below:
To enter "157... (+10), (5)
To enter "20"... (+10), [+10] , [0}
e If you commit a mistake in entering the digit of 10, press the
key
several times to correct.

e if you want to reserve TA, receive a station with which the TP indicator
lights.
e When "EON" does not light although an RDS station is received, that
station is not transmitting EON data. Please select a different station.
To keep listening to a tuner station:
Receive a station with which the "EON" and "RDS" indicators
light.
To listen to other source than tuner:
'TD While keeping the tuner tuned into a station with which the "EON"
and "RDS"
indicators light, select the desired source with the
INPUT SELECTOR.
2, Even when the INPUT SELECTOR
is set to other source than
TUNER,
it is switched
automatically to TUNER
when
EON-re-
served broadcast starts.
In this period, the source selected in @ continues to be played but
no sound is heard.
3 When the EON-reserved reception completes, the INPUT SELEC-
TOR returns to the previous input source.
e When the power is OFF, the EON function does not operate.
e lf an EON reserved station overrides analog recording, the overriding
radio station will be recorded.
e When the transmission of the selected program contents ends in case
of automatic reception with the EON function, return will be made to
the status directly before operation of the EON function.
lo cancel EON reservation
Turn the "TA", "NEWS"
and "INFO."
