After powering on the product, you can check the remaining power percentage to see if it needs to be recharged. If the remaining power percentage cannot be displayed, charge it to see if it appears.

7. Troubleshooting The product will automatically activate the protection mode when the input voltage is lower than 4.5V or higher than 12V, or the output voltage is greater than 13.5V. To resume operation, unplug the charging cable, disconnect the load, reconnect the product to a voltage within its appropriate range, and restart it. -
