    SWDE200B Operation & Maintenance Manual 1.14 SAFE OPERATION  All non-work related people should be keep away from the machine’s working range.  Make sure the site is hard enough to support the machine, or use 2 steel plates to support it.

    SWDE200B Operation & Maintenance Manual  Slide the fuel handle to stop position; turn the ignition key to “OFF” position.  Switch off pilot control.  Close window, sky window, and cabin. Safety of your machine and personnel should be ensured under any condition.

Do not place metal bestriding connection rod to check electricity deposit. Never charge a frozen battery, otherwise it will explode. The battery should be warmed up to 16°C (60°F).

If the engine cannot be started, return the key to OFF position, and try again after 2 minutes. If wrong starting, turn the key switch after the engine stops, otherwise, it would damage the starter.

DRILLING Attention should be paid while positioning drilling, pull the control handle lightly to move all the cylinders slowly, observe the parts moving to prevent machine damage and oil pipe broken from parts intervening, especially for preventing personal injury from broken glasses caused by the cab hit by drill frame.

(4)Pay attention to the working status of hole drilling, sediments removing, dust collection etc. Stop the machine immediately and resolve the problem once finding that no entering of the drilling, or acutely swing of Kelly bar, abnormal sound, or no work of impactor.

If much metal filling and impurities are found, please report to the owner of the machine or the supervisor to take proper measures.

It’s still in high pressure while operation. Thus, following details should be attached much attention  Park the machine on a firm level ground, lower the bucket to the ground.

     It’s recommended to analyze oil quality regularly for checking the status of machine. If this service is needed, please contact with SUNWARD or specified authorized distributor.  The hydraulic system has been filled with oil of SUNWARD when the machine is delivered from factory.

    SWDE200B Operation & Maintenance Manual  Fuel oil must be the one specified in the “operation & maintenance manual”.  Fuel oil should be used according to environmental temperature, otherwise, fuel oil is easy to curdle when the temperature is low. (Especially when -15°C (5°F). Thus, it’s necessary to change the fuel oil matched with temperature.

Main hydraulic motions include crawler travelling, leveling, feed mechanism compensation, drill boom lift, drill boom tilt, drill frame lift, drill frame tilt, dust cover rise/fall, rod carousel swing, drill rod transposition, drill tool clamp, rod discharge, rotary head rotation, drill tool feed or lift.
