Pineapple and apricot smoothie 250ml pineapple juice 250ml Greek yoghurt 250g fresh pineapple, cut into pieces 4 fresh apricots, stones removed and flesh cut up 12 ice cubes Makes 4-5 glasses Place the pineapple juice, yoghurt, pineapple and apricot into the blender jar. Add the ice cubes.
