IM-T5667 Rev.01 About This Instruction Manual This instruction manual describes C-band 2W BUC (Model No.: NJT5667, NJT5667F, NJT5668, NJT5668F, NJT5674N and NJT5674F) herein referred to as "the Unit". This instruction manual provides information and instructions for installation and operation of the Unit. This instruction manual is intended for use by trained field installers or system engineers responsible for satellite networks.
IM-T5667 Rev.01 1. Introduction This instruction manual is for C-band 2W BUC with followint model number: NJT5667, NJT5667F, NJT5668, NJT5668F, NJT5674N and NJT5674F. Standard C-band 2W BUC (Model No.: NJT5667 and NJT5667F) receives a reference signal (10 MHz) and an IF signal (L‐Band: 950 to 1,525 MHz) input and transmits an RF signal (Standard C-band: 5.850 to 6.425 GHz) output.

IM-T5667 Rev.01 5.3. Description of Connectors, Switches, and LEDs Item Description Purpose N-type IF / Reference The Unit receives an IF signal and a Input reference signal and is required to F-type supply +15 to +30 V DC power via this Female DC Power Input connector.
IM-T5667 Rev.01 6. Installing This section describes basic installation for the Unit. 6.1. Mounting Configuration The Unit can be mounted with OMT or the waveguide filter of the satellite antenna. When mounting on the OMT or the waveguide filter, follow the following caution: DO NOT block the fins.

IM-T5667 Rev.01 Step 2: Prepare the bolts or screws of the length based on a table below, spring washers, and flat washers for No.10-32UNF of 8 sets, before fixing the OMT or the waveguide filter. Secure the OMT or the waveguide filter to the Unit by fixing the bolts or screws with 2.39 to 2.91 N・m torque as shown in a figure below.

Fixing a ground wire from the common ground of other equipments for grounding is proceed with the following step: Step 1: Fix the ground wire from other equipments to the ground hole near the coaxical connector with enclosed on the Unit which is shown in a figure below.
