Charging

Please fully charge your speaker before using it for the first time. If you hear the low battery prompt it's time to recharge. To charge, connect the included micro USB cable to a USB power source and then to the micro USB input port on the speaker. When the red LED charging indicator light turns off, your speaker is fully recharged and ready for use.

Power On/Off & Pairing

Bring the SK-M28 Wireless Speaker to within 33ft (10m) of your pairing device.
Turn the Power Switch (On/Off) to "ON" and the LED indicator will turn to blue for about 4 seconds. Then, the LED indicator starts to flash quickly with a blip sound which means it has entered pairing mode.
Turn on the pairing function on the device you want to pair with your speaker.
In the list of available pairing function devices, find and select "AUKEY SK-M28".
If a code or pin is required for pairing, please enter "0000".
When successfully paired, the LED indicator will stay on blue with a blip sound.

Notes

The speaker will automatically shut down after 10 minutes in pairing mode if no devices are paired.
If your paired device is switched off or disconnected, the speaker will automatically shut down after 5 minutes.
If using the speaker with a computer, please make sure you have downloaded the latest wireless drivers for your operating system.
Maximum wireless operating range is 33ft (10m). If you exceed this range, the speaker may disconnect and go into standby mode. The connection will be reestablished once you reenter wireless range. The speaker will automatically reconnect to the last successfully paired device. To connect to other wireless audio devices, please repeat the 'Pairing' process in the previous section.

FAQ / Trouble Shooting

Why isn't my speaker pairing with my iPad/iPhone?

A: Please make sure that your SK-M28 speaker and wireless device are powered on and in pairing mode (the LED indicator will be flashing blue quickly).

Can I use the speaker while it is charging?

A: Yes, but in order to ensure the long-term performance of the battery, we recommend that you try to avoid using the speaker while charging.

The music sometimes cuts off while playing.

A: The operating range of the speaker may be influenced by obstructions such as walls, pillars, and reinforced steel walls. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstructions whenever possible and/or shortening the distance during use.

Q: I turned on the speaker, but why don't I see the LED light?
A: Please make sure that the unit is charged. If it is fully charged and still nothing happens or if you are not able to charge the unit, please contact our customer support team.
