I need to troubleshoot why the message display EEEE and nothing is stuck into it...
If the "EEEE" message appears on the LCD screen of the ArfPets APAFNEW2, the device has entered Automatic Protection Mode. To troubleshoot:
1. Inspect the Food Compartment for any stuck food.
2. Clean the compartment thoroughly to remove any food stuck to the bottom.
3. Replace the Food Compartment.
4. Perform a manual feed to check if the issue is resolved.
5. If the manual feed is successful, the product can be used normally again.
