Installation of the Smoke Extraction Adapter, TBXZ-1-93
GOLD/SILVER C PX
1. General
The smoke extraction adapter is designed for use with
GOLD/SILVER C PX, size 004-040.
The smoke extraction adapter is used when you want the
extract air to bypass the heat exchanger and filter, e.g. as
a component in a system for smoke extraction. See the
example.

Normal operation.
2. Installation
1. The adapter is mounted using self-tapping screws, in
pre-drilled holes, above the intake at the rear of the air
handling unit.
2. The duct is routed from the adapter to the extract air
duct, see the example. The duct is fastened in the adapter
using self-tapping screws.
NOTE! The adapter must not bear the weight of the duct.
