Read the following guidelines before you begin to install the CPU:
• Lock the CPU by using a T-20 6-Lobe screwdriver to tighten screw.
• When installing the heatsink to CPU, use a T-20 6-Lobe screwdriver to tighten 4 captive nuts in
sequence as 1-4.
• The screw tightening torque: 13.8 ± 1.3 kgf-cm.
• To ensure the system operates properly, make sure the heatsink is seated on the processor
firmly.
