PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Kyla HFAD Smoke Sensor is a stand-
alone smoke sensor with an in-built 3.0V
Lithium battery that can last for 10 years. It
utilizes a photoelectric sensor that allows
it to be more sensitive to detecting slow
smoldering fires which generates thick
black smoke and little heat.

PLACEMENT TIPS

Smoke Sensor
Location
NOTE
• Smoke sensor should be installed on ceiling along an escape route
(e.g living room, corridor, dining room, staricase landing)
• To prevent false alarm, avoid installing in kitchens and bathrooms.
• For multi-storey homes, minimum 1 smoke sensor per storey is
recommended.
• Remove "silicon protection cover" before use.
