Troubleshooting
The mouse pointer suddenly does not work.
- The mouse may enter Sleep Mode. It will go to sleep when not in use. You need to press the button to wake up. Rolling the trackball will not wake the mouse.
- The mouse may be out of power. Please check the power. If the power is low, please charge in time.
- Check whether the MODE switch on the back of the mouse is in the channel you are using.
The mouse cannot be charged.
- Please use our standard charging cable to charge the mouse.
- Please do not use Type C-C cable charge your mouse.
- Use the output 5V charger or directly use the computer's USB port to charge the mouse. Do not use the fast charger to charge the mouse.
The Bluetooth cannot be connected, and the device is delayed.
- Low battery will affect the Bluetooth performance of the mouse. Check whether the mouse has sufficient power.
- Check whether the MODE switch on the back of the mouse is in the channel you are using. The mouse can connect up to three devices, and one channel can only correspond to one device.
- Avoid signal interference from other sources, such as wireless speakers, cell phones, Bluetooth speakers, etc.
- Check if the Bluetooth setting on the computer is enabled.
- Try to disconnect the mouse from Bluetooth on the computer and reconnect it.
- If your computer has an external Bluetooth adapter, check if it is working properly and try to plug it back in again. (Since Bluetooth adapters are also external devices. They can sometimes break or stop working.)
Note:
If it has been connected to all three channels, you can reconnect when you turn it on. If only one Bluetooth channel has been connected, and you accidentally press the mode switch button to a channel that has not been paired, the mouse will not respond.
The pointer moves slowly when moving the trackball.
It is necessary to check whether the DPI button is pressed by mistake (DPI adjustment). If the maximum DPI still fails to meet the usage requirements, check whether the computer cursor speed is adjusted too low (Computer - Settings- Mouse Settings- Cursor Speed).
