About Your AirTamer
Your AirTamer® A320 uses advanced ionization technology to protect you from super-small, atomic-sized particles, such as bacteria, mold and viruses, which are often the most hazardous to your health. Emitting a constant stream of healthy negative ions, AirTamer causes pollutants in the air to become negatively charged, forcing these pollutants from your personal space and creating cleaner, healthier air to breath everywhere you go. AirTamer is completely safe to leave on as long as you like – even 24 hours a day.

Set-Up
Charge Your AirTamer
Your AirTamer contains a rechargeable lithium battery (3.7V, 540 mAh type). Under normal use, you will experience over 150 hours of run time on one charge. To charge your AirTamer A320, please follow these directions:
- Ensure the On/Off Switch is turned "Off" by switching the On/Off Switch to the left.
- Plug the small end of the included USB Charging Cable into the AirTamer's USB jack. Plug the larger end of the USB Charging Cable into any powered USB port (e.g. on a computer, wall charger, etc.) The AirTamer "On" Indicator light will turn bright red when it is charging.
- When fully charged and still connected to your power source, the "On" Indicator will not be lit. Normal charging time is about 2 - 3 hours.
Note:
- If your AirTamer is charging and the ON/OFF Switch is in the ON position, the green and red LEDs will both be lit. When your AirTamer is fully charged, the red LED will turn off.
- If your AirTamer is charging and the ON/OFF Switch is o, then only the red LED will be on. When your AirTamer is fully charged, the red LED will turn off.
- You may leave your AirTamer in the ON position while plugged in and charging in a USB port. This will allow you to clean the air while charging your AirTamer.
Conductive Lanyard:
A unique CONDUCTIVE LANYARD is included with your AirTamer. The CONDUCTIVE LANYARD may be replaced. Please contact AirTamer customer service for replacement lanyards and instructions. Your AirTamer also incorporates a safety "break away" feature that disconnects the CONDUCTIVE LANYARD in the event that your AirTamer gets caught.

Note: For best performance, ensure that the CONDUCTIVE LANYARD touches your skin when your AirTamer is worn. AirTamer will still work when the CONDUCTIVE LANYARD is not touching your skin, however, negative ion production will be reduced.
How To Use
Using your AirTamer:
- Turn your AirTamer on by sliding the ON/OFF Switch to the ON position (to the right).

A steady stream of negative ions will be emitted from the NEGATIVE ION EMITTER thereby creating a clean zone of healthier air within your breathing space. A green light will gently blink to indicate that power is on and the unit is cleaning your air. When your AirTamer is out of battery charge, the green light will stop blinking.
Note: Your AirTamer A320 emits the same number of negative ions during use whether the battery is fully charged or partially charged. Only when the green light stops blinking will no ions be emitted.
- You may use the unit in any of the following ways:
- Suspended From Your Neck.
- Clipped To Your Shirt, Blouse Or Pocket.
- Placed On a Nearby Table, Seat or Nightstand.
Note: When placing AirTamer on a table, seat, nightstand, etc., place your AirTamer on its back (with the NEGATIVE ION EMITTER facing you). Cover as much of the table as possible with the CONDUCTIVE LANYARD to improve ion generation.
- Slide the ON/OFF button to the OFF position when you are finished use.
Air Cleaning Performance:
- This is a personal breathing space air puri er. It is most effective within a 3 foot/1 meter distance from your AirTamer. The closer AirTamer is to your face, the more air cleaning ions will reach your face. We suggest placing your AirTamer in the middle of your chest or slightly higher.
- AirTamer is safe to leave on as long as you like - even 24 hours per day.
- Ensure that the NEGATIVE ION EMITTER is pointed toward your face during use.
- For best ion generation performance, ensure that the CONDUCTIVE LANYARD touches your skin during use.
- If placed on a nearby table, place the CONDUCTIVE LANYARD behind AirTamer. Covering as much of the table as possible with the CONDUCTIVE LANYARD (e.g. by forming a large circle or spreading the CONDUCTIVE LANYARD out) will improve performance.
- Do not allow the NEGATIVE ION EMITTER to touch your skin or any other conductive material, as this will reduce ion generation.
Note:
* Do not store unit in its storage box when the ON/OFF Switch is on.
* Do not allow the NEGATIVE ION EMITTER to touch any solid surface when the ON/OFF Switch is on. This can reduce the life of the NEGATIVE ION EMITTER brush.
Adjusting the Length of the CONDUCTIVE LANYARD
- Pull the plastic length adjustment clip up or down the CONDUCTIVE LANYARD to change its length.

Questions & Answers
Q: How does the AirTamer work?
A: AirTamer uses a carbon fiber brush system to emit healthy negative ions into the air. The emitted negative ions attach themselves to air molecules and any impure particles in the air and negatively charge them. The negatively charged particles, all being the same polarity, repel each other and fly away from your air space and get attracted by the closest positively charged surface (e.g. chair, table, wall, your clothes, etc.) rather than entering your respiratory system.
Q: What is the unit's effective range?
A: Air within a 3'/1 m range of the unit will be effectively cleaned.
Q: What are negative ions? Are they good for you?
A: Negative ions (air molecules with extra electrons) are electrically charged particles in the air that remove airborne contaminates and have been shown to have a rejuvenating effect upon our bodies. The best natural generator of negative ions is lightning, followed by ocean surf, waterfalls, mountains and forests. In clean, natural air, you'll nd the highest concentrations of negative ions. In polluted cities and confined spaces, like offices, you'll nd the highest concentrations of unhealthier positive ions.
Q: Does the AirTamer produce dangerous levels of ozone?
A: No. AirTamer produces no measurable amount of ozone.
Q: Can I leave AirTamer on continuously?
A: Yes. Your AirTamer has no moving parts and uses a very small amount of electricity, so it is very safe and economical to leave on for long periods of time.
Q: Will AirTamer interfere with electronic equipment (e.g. computers, cell phones)?
A: No. AirTamer meets FCC regulations for harmful interference with radio communications so you may use it by your computer, audio players, etc. without causing any unusual interference problems. We recommend that pacemaker patients consult with their physician before using AirTamer.
