- Follow handling instructions carefully.
- Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance.

- Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure, clear of obstruction.
- Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
- Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the appliance, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.

Risk of child entrapment. Before throwing away an old appliance:
- Remove the door or lid.
- Leave shelves in place so that children may not easily climb inside.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental capabilities may be different or reduced, or who lack experience or knowledge, unless such persons receive supervision or training to operate the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- Farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments;
- Catering and similar non-retail applications.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance must be grounded. Grounding reduces the risk of electrical shock by providing an escape wire for the electrical current.
This appliance has a cord that has a grounding wire with a 3-prong plug. The power cord must be plugged into an outlet that is properly grounded. If the outlet is a 2-prong wall outlet, it must be replaced with a properly grounded 3-prong wall outlet. The serial rating plate indicates the voltage and frequency the appliance is designed for.

Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician or service agent if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is properly grounded.
Do not connect your appliance to extension cords or together with another appliance in the same wall outlet. Do not splice the power cord. Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third ground prong from the power cord. Do not use extension cords or ungrounded (two prongs) adapters.
If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similar qualified person in order to avoid hazard.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
LOCATION
- Two people should work together to move the wine cooler. Place it on a fl oor that is strong enough to support it when it is fully loaded that is not in direct sunlight or close to sources of heat. Do not use near water, such as in a wet basement or near a sink.
- The recommended ambient temperature for this wine cooler is between 64°F - 100°F (18°C - 38°C). Using it in very cold or very warm ambient conditions can cause it to malfunction.
- Remove interior and exterior packaging. Wipe the outside with a soft, dry cloth and the inside with a lukewarm wet cloth.
- This wine cooler is intended for household use only. It is not designed for outside installation, including anywhere that is not temperature controlled, such as garages, porches, vehicles, etc..
- Before connecting the wine cooler to a power source, let it stand upright for approximately 6 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system from handling during transportation.
- This wine cooler is 55 cm (21.7 inches) wide by 126.5 cm (49.8 inches) high by 56.3 cm (22.2 inches) deep.
- Allow 12.7 cm (5 inches) of space between the back, sides and top of the wine cooler and all adjacent walls.
- This wine cooler is intended for free-standing installation only and is not intended to be built into a cabinet or counter. Building it in can cause it to malfunction.

This wine cooler is designed for storing and cooling beverages and drinks. Do not store perishable food, medicine or other products in this wine cooler.
ANTI TIP BRACKET

The anti tip bracket should be installed to ensure that the wine cooler cannot tip over and cause damage or harm to persons or property.
- Move the wine cooler to its fi nal position.
- Use a pen or pencil to mark the location of the back of the wine cooler on the fl oor.
- Remove the wine cooler and install the anti tip bracket in the fl oor at the marked location.
- For wood fl ooring: use the 6 provided ST6*25 screws
- For concrete fl ooring: use the 6 provided M6*50 expansion bolts
- Slide the wine cooler into place ensuring that the anti tip bracket catches the cabinet.
LEVELING INSTRUCTIONS
There is an adjustable leg on the bottom of the wine cooler that can be turned up or down to ensure that it is level.
- Turn the leveling leg counter-clockwise as far as it will go, until the top of the foot is touching the bottom of the cabinet.
- Slowly turn the leveling leg clockwise until the wine cooler is level.

CONTROL PANEL

- Power button: press and hold this button for 3 seconds to turn the wine cooler on or off.
- Light button: press to turn the interior light on or off.
- Display: shows the set temperature.
- Up and down buttons:
- Use to set the desired temperature. Each press will increase or decrease the set temperature in 1° increments.
- Press the up and down buttons at the same time to change the temperature scale between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
WINE STORAGE

This wine cooler has a maximum capacity of 94, 750 ml wine bottles. This is based on a Bordeaux type bottle that is 2.75" in diameter and approximately 11.75" tall.
Depending on the country of origin and the varietal of wine, the bottle could be 750 ml but a slightly different shape, ie. Pinot, Burgundies and California Reds are larger than 2.75" in diameter, meaning the capacity of the wine cooler will be less than 94.
To reach maximum capacity, bottles should be placed in a head-to-tail confi guration on all but the two bottom shelves.
- Place 10 bottles on the top shelf as shown.
- Place 8 bottles on each of the middle shelves.
- Place 6 bottles on each of the two bottom shelves.
DOOR REVERSAL INSTRUCTIONS
If the wine cooler is placed on its back or side during this process, allow it to remain upright for 6 hours before plugging it back in to avoid damage to the internal components.
- Remove the lower hinge from the bottom of the cabinet. Remove the adjustable foot. Remove the door support from the bottom left side of the door. Remove the door from the cabinet.

- Remove the hinge sleeve from the bottom left side of the door and install it on the bottom right side of the door. Remove the door stopper from the bottom right side of the door and install it on the bottom left side of the door.

- Remove the screw hole covers from the upper left side of the cabinet. Remove the upper hinge from the upper right side of the cabinet. Remove the screw hole cover from the upper left side of the door and install it on the upper right side of the door.

- Install the upper hinge on the upper left side of the cabinet. Install the screw hole covers on the upper right side of the cabinet. Install the door support on the bottom right side of the door. Install the door onto the cabinet. Install the lower hinge and the adjustable foot on the lower left side of the cabinet.
SHELF INSTRUCTIONS

To remove a shelf from its locked position, slide the shelf forward then lift up from the back and slide the shelf out.
To replace the shelf, ensure it is resting securely on the support brackets and then push inward until the shelf locks into place.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
- Unplug the wine cooler before cleaning.
- Clean the inside with a soft cloth and some mild detergent.
- Wash removable shelves in a mild detergent solution, then dry and wipe with a soft cloth.
- Wipe the outside with a soft, damp cloth.
- It is important to keep the area clean where the door seals against the cabinet. Clean this area with a soapy cloth, then rinse and let dry.
Note: Do not use cleaners containing ammonia or alcohol on the appliance. Ammonia or alcohol can damage the appearance of the wine cooler. Never use any commercial or abrasive cleaners or sharp objects on any part of the wine cooler.
POWER FAILURE
Most power failures are corrected within a few hours and should not affect the temperature of the wine cooler if the door is not opened often. Wait 3 to 5 minutes before attempting to restart the wine cooler if operation has been interrupted.
DEFROST
This wine cooler is equipped with an automatic defrost function and does not require manual defrosting. Condensed water is channeled into a drip tray located above the compressor. Heat transfer from the compressor causes the water to evaporate.
VACATION
You can leave the wine cooler operating during vacations of less than three weeks. If it will not be used for several months, remove all items and unplug the wine cooler. Clean and dry the interior thoroughly. To prevent odor and mold growth, leave the door open slightly, blocking it open if necessary.
MOVING
- Ensure the wine cooler is empty.
- Secure the door with tape.
- Turn the adjustable leg up to avoid damage.
- Protect the outside with a blanket or similar item.
- Ensure the wine cooler stays in the upright position during transportation.
- If the wine cooler is placed on its back or side during transportation, allow it to remain upright for 6 hours upon reaching the destination before plugging in to avoid damage to the internal components.
DISPOSAL
This wine cooler may not be treated as regular household waste, it should be taken to the appropriate waste collection point for recycling of electrical components. For information on local waste collection points, contact your local waste removal agency or government office.
