Introduction

Please read this instruction manual carefully before initial start-up, and keep it for further reference.

NON-OBSERVANCE MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF WARRANTY AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY!

Before using the device for the first time, you should ensure that mains power characteristics match the values quoted on the rating plate. Unit and power cord must not be damaged.

The intended use of this device is limited expressly to the warming of 100 ml wax cartridges, in accordance with the Operating Instructions. No liability will be accepted in the case of the non-observance of this or in the case of a usage other than that described in the Operating Instructions.

For example, this applies in the event of:

  • Personal injury or damage to property
  • Use of non-standardised (and/or inappropriate) 100 ml wax cartridges from unknown manufacturers
  • During continuous wax station operation
  • Failure to observe the fact that the covers/caps provided are purely aesthetic element that only provide dust protection.

  • The cover(s) must be removed when the wax station is operating because otherwise heat will build up and overheating will occur, resulting in skin burns.
  • Only if the rolling head is cleaned (disinfected) at the end of the working day and is cold. Only then can it be attached.

After unpacking the device

Please check to ensure that all components are there and that there has been no damage during transit. This is a device that is sensitive to impact or being dropped. Any recognisable transport damage or manufacturing defects must be reported immediately to our Service Department.

General rules for the operation of electrical devices

  • Never operate the device with wet or damp hands
  • Keep the device away from children or others not authorised to operate it
  • Only connect the device to the mains power if the values match those on the device
  • If your mains power supply cannot support the load that the device requires, please consult a qualifi ed electrician
  • Worn or damaged cables should be replaced before starting the device up
  • Power adapters or multiple sockets are not suitable for ensuring safe operation. If they nevertheless have to be used, the safety regulations must be observed
  • The device must be unplugged from the main supply before being cleaned
  • Please contact our Service Department in the case of faults or damage


Check the temperature of the wax prior to every application.

Cleaning the device

Always unplug the device from the mains power supply. We recommend the use of a soft, lint-free cloth and special cleaner. This makes the removal of wax residues easy. Never submerge the device in water or clean it under running water.

warning ATTENTION!
Do not turn the heater on without a cartridge in the device. Please note that the device is not suitable for continuous operation. Remove the hand piece from the base station if you don't use it for a treatment. Otherwise it might cause excessive liquefaction and uncontrolled leakage of the wax.

Advice about environmental protection

This device should not be disposed of as domestic waste when it reaches the end of its working life. It must be taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic devices. The icon on the product, in the Operating Instructions or on the packaging points up this fact. The materials can be recycled in accordance with their markings. Recycling, material recovery or other forms of reusing old devices make a signifi cant contribution to protecting our environment. Please enquire at your local authority as to where the device can be disposed of correctly.
