Placement of the Machine
•
Place the machine on a level surface
•
Ensure that appropriate waste drainage is available
Ultrasonic Bath Solution
•
Use only water and chemical solutions specifically designed for
ultrasonic cleaning
•
NEVER operate the ultrasonic unit without liquid in the tank
Operating Procedure
1. Make sure the drain valve is turned to the closed position (if fitted).
2. Fill the machine up to the fill mark in the tank with water and cleaning chemical.
3. Connect to power source (240V 50Hz) and attach power cable to the ultrasonic unit
with two-pin socket.
4. Press on the power button located at the back of the unit.
5. Turn on "HEATING", and adjust the heater temperature to the required temperature
using the +/- buttons.
6. Wait until the temperature of the bath liquid reaches the temperature set on
the heater display.
7. Turn on "ULTRASONIC", then use the timer +/- buttons to set the recommended
cleaning time.
