5. OPERATION
5.1.
Ensure vehicle is correctly and safely supported as directed by vehicle manufacturer, Health and Safety, local authority and workshop
practice regulations.
5.2.
Ensure all required personal safety equipment is worn.
5.3.
Remove wheel nuts leaving at least two in place but loosened to prevent wheel assembly falling off without warning.
5.4.
Use penetrating oil around studs and between the seized wheels.
5.5.
Assemble tool as per Section 4 ensuring that the correct size Puller is being used.
Pass the assembled tool through the wheel spoke until the Pusher rests on the rim of the inner wheel (fig. 2).
5.6.
Hand tighten the assembly so that the Puller rests on rim opening on outer wheel (fig 3).
5.7.
5.8.
Use a suitable socket drive with an impact tool to loosen the wheel.
5.9.
If necessary remove the tool (or use a second tool) to repeat the operation on the opposite side of the wheel.
5.10.
The tool can also be used on the inner wheel if seized. If this is done ensure that the tool pusher is rested on a suitably strong part of
the vehicle.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
