Apps
To set your steps target:
1. From
Samsung Health, tap
2. Swipe to the bottom of the screen, and tap Set target.
3. Set your target step count, and tap Done.
Exercise
Record your exercise information using Samsung Health's exercise feature.
When your watch and smartphone are connected, this feature uses your
smartphone's location information.
Exercise history
Review your work out history from the watch.

Samsung Health, swipe to
2. Tap View history and swipe to an activity type.
Work out
Track your work outs with your watch.

Samsung Health, swipe to
2. Tap Work out and swipe to choose an activity type.
3. Tap Start to begin monitoring your exercise. Some exercises start monitoring
immediately. Your heart rate measurement displays after you begin your
exercise.
4. Press and hold the Back button to pause the workout.
• Swipe right to access the exercise controls.
• Press the Resume to resume the workout.
• Tap Finish to complete your workout and review your workout summary.
5. Swipe to and tap View log to open your workout log.
TIP You can also press and hold the Back button to access the Exercise list and
begin working out.
