Causes
The inner pipe is loose

resevoir is empty, the

idle, thus making a
noise.
The product is used in
a wrong direction (e.g.
the product is upside
► down, the product is
placed horizontally, or
the steamer head
faces upward).
The inner pipe is loose

Solution
Send your product to
an authorized service
center for inspection
and repair.
Wait about 30 seconds
before using the
product.
Fill the water resevoir (by
referring to "How to fill
water" on Page 16).
Use the product in the
correct direction.
