INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Place the left side (A) flat on a table
with grooves facing down. With legs hang-
ing over the edge of the table, attach both
lower support bars (E) to the left side (A)
using a screw (F) and a dowel nut (G) (See
Fig 1). Lower support bars (E) should be
attached with the screw holes facing in-
ward and the curved side of the bar point-
ing up. Hand tighten all screws (F) until bolt
head is snug against plastic. Using provid-
ed Hex L Key (H) use a torque wrench to
finish tightening all screws to 3 lb. ft.
2.
Stand semi-assembled chair up on
its legs with the lower support bars (E)
preventing the chair from falling over.
Assemble the seat back (C) to the left side
(A) using 2 screws (F) and dowel nuts (G)
(See Fig 2).
3.
Assemble the seat / safety bar and
strap assembly (D) to the left side (A) using
one screw (F) and dowel nut (G) going into
the safety bar (D). Once attached, place
the seat into designated opening, but do
not install the screws (F) or dowel nuts
(G) into the seat at this point. For ease of
assembly, leave the screws (F) and dowel
nuts (G) for the seat and attach the seat
last (See Fig 3).
4.
Assemble the right side (B) to the rest
of the chair. Ensure that the seat is placed
between the left side (A) and right side (B)
in the designated position, and that the
belts are properly located in the seat belt
notches in the seat before tightening the
right side (B). Install the screws (F) and
dowel nuts (G) as shown (See Fig 4). Invert
the chair and attach the seat to the frame
using the remaining hardware.
Check and tighten all connections
Do not overtighten
Torque setting is 3 lb.ft.

SCREW / DOWEL NUT
INSTALLATION
Image shows a typical installation of
the screw (F) and dowel nut (G). Dowel
nut (G) should have the notched end
facing outward. If the dowel nut (G)
starts to bind when tightening onto
the screw (F), back it out and restart
it. It should screw in easily. Binding
indicates an improper alignment be-
tween screw (F) and dowel nut (G).
Forcing the screw (F) may strip the
dowel nut (G).
