als not containing the solvents, varnishes and similar
substances�

Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening ele-
ments too tight to avoid damaging the
thread.
Mounting / replacement of stirrer paddle (see fig. 1)
• Screw the stirrer paddle 7 on the rod 8 and tighten
them with two wrenches 9 (see fig. 1.1).
• While holding the tool holder 4 with wrench 9, screw
the rod 8 (with the stirrer paddle 7 put on it earlier) in,
and tighten it with wrench 9 as shown on fig. 1.2.
• Disassembly operations do in reverse sequence�
Initial operating of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power sup-
ply voltage must match the information quoted on the
power tool identification plate.

To switch on, press and hold on / off switch 2, to switch
off - release it.

Design features of the power tool
Speed selector thumbwheel
Using speed selector thumbwheel 6, you may select the
required stirrer paddle speed (also during operation)�
The required speed is dependent on the material and
can be determined with practical trials�
When operating your power tool at a low speed for a long
time, it has to be cooled down for 3 minutes� To do it, set
a maximum speed and leave your power tool to run idle�
Step speed selector switch
Attention: one can only change the revo-
lutions per minute range after the engine
fully stops.
The first speed - you can find the values of
the revolutions per minute range in the tech-
nical specifications table.
The second speed - you can find the val-
ues of the revolutions per minute range in
the technical specifications table.
Soft start
Soft start (starting current limitation system) allows for
the soft start of the power tool - the spindle of power
tools spins up gradually without jerks and recoils, and
when the power tool is turned on, this does not impose
an abrupt load on the power network�
Recommendations on the power tool
operation
Stirring various substances
Do not process explosive substances
(for example, highly inflammable sol-
vents) and materials with ignition tem-
perature of lower than 21°С. Study the
manufacturer's instructions for such kind of mate-
rials carefully and stick to them.
• The selection of stirring paddle type depends on the
type of substances stirred� Use stirring paddles with
left-hand blade spinning for low-viscosity substances
(dispersed paints, lacquers, sealing compounds, liquid
