We purchased a Kongsberg XN SYSTEM--sn # 841452--machine type: XN24s from an auction. Do you have a floor plan of placing/connecting all the components ? Mainly the vacuum pump--soft starter--chiller--radiator and all the connections to the unit--computer and controlls.

The floor plan for placing and connecting the components of the Esko Kongsberg XN24s system should include the following:

1. System Placement:
- The destination room must be large enough to fit the entire system.
- Ensure sufficient maintenance clearance around the system.
- Confirm that door openings and access ways are large enough for equipment entry.
- Rigging equipment like a forklift and pallet truck should be available.

2. Electrical Connections:
- Provide main power for the CAM table and vacuum pump.
- Use short-circuit protection with fuses and insulation failure protection per local standards.
- Required outlets:
- Three-phase outlet for the vacuum pump.
- Single-phase outlets for vacuum pump control, table, PC/monitor.

3. Compressed Air Supply:
- Pressurized air outlet should be available.
- Ensure the air source meets specifications for pressure, capacity, and moisture content.

4. Environmental Requirements:
- Suitable floor material in the installation area.
- Maintain proper temperature and humidity levels.

5. Safety and Noise Considerations:
- Plan the machine location considering noise levels.
- Provide hearing protection for operators.
- DynaGuard Safety System should be unobstructed; it stops the system if safety beams are broken or if someone is too close.

6. Remote Diagnostics:
- Install a “Direct Dial In” telephone line.
- Provide a network connection for the front-end system.

The soft starter, chiller, and radiator are not specifically detailed in the context, but they should be placed close to their respective connection points, with proper spacing, ventilation, and access for maintenance.

    • Prepare the destination room. • Prepare all electrical supplies. • Prepare compressed air supply. If an air compressor is delivered from Esko, a suitable place for the unit should be prepared. • Prepare a suitable room for the vacuum pump. Due to its acoustic noise, the vacuum pump should be located in a room away from people.
