    Check for loose or missing parts. Check all bolts for tightness. match the hydraulic flow GPM (Gallons Per Minute) of your machine. Make sure the Kwik Cut is properly attached to the power unit.     Use a power hoist and proper lifting equipment. Allow only trained personnel to lift the Kwik Cut. With the Kwik Cut on its side, use a 6 mm Allen wrench to remove the plug from the uppermost port (1) on the bearing support.

    Use care when Six lifting points are located on the Kwik Cut (three on removing the cover to prevent damage to each side of the machine). The decal shown above is the hose.

    Kwik Cut. Use the hoist and chains (or straps) (1) to lift and overturn the Kwik Cut as shown, making sure it is stable and secure for this procedure. NOTE: The hoist/lifting device and chains or strap must be in good condition and of adequate size to lift the Kwik Cut.

    When disc removal is complete, return the Kwik Cut back The access plate located on the top of the Kwik Cut to the upright position before starting the motor removal frame provides access to the disc blades and teeth when procedure.

    Maintenance Blade and Tooth Removal/ From the front of the Kwik Cut, reach under and remove the blade with the spacer, making note of the orientation Replacement of the cutting edge (edge up, or edge down). The new blade must be returned in the same orientation. If needed, refer to the exploded view on page 34 for assembly.

    Using a 15/16" socket, remove the nut (1) and washer (2). When removed, the tooth on the underside of the disc will drop through. From the front of the Kwik Cut, reach under and collect the tooth. Follow this process to remove all teeth.
