Winch power stops and drum turns backwards under load. Load does not exceed 1000 lbs. This does not seem normal and is dangerous to work situation. Is this tool malfunctioning? SKU GUO075 Portable winch

    READY FOR OPERATION Charger use 1. Be sure to fully charge the battery before first use. 2. Do not use this charger to charge other batteries. Other types of batteries may burst, causing damage and personal injury. 3. Do not operate the charger when the power cord or plug is damaged. Please replace immediately.

    WINCH USAGE 1.Using the polyester sling (included with the winch) Go around the anchor point with the sling. Insert each end of the sling in one of the safety hooks located on the winch (Figure 1 below). 2.Position the winch in line with the load. When the winch is under tension, it will try to align itself with the load.
