    TEMPERATURE REGULATION The appliance is activated by connecting it to the mains. The temperature in the appliance is controlled using the thermostat knob 1 (see fig. 1) by turning it to one side or the other. Turning the thermostat dial clockwise reduces the temperature in the appliance.
