Trouble Shooting

We hope all your problems will be solved here! If the issue is still the same
through the trouble shooting, please feel free to contact our customer service.
Problem
There is no sound
from mic
The volume of
the mic or the
machine is low
Hissing sound
from the mic or
the machine
Bluetooth
stopped working
The mic or the
machine sounds so
staticy and muffled
When recording,
the Bluetooth fails
to connect
If you encounter any other problems, like parts missing or broken, not the new
product and so on, please feel free to contact our customer service for a replacement.
Possible Cause
1. Battery is under lower power.
2. Both mics are in the different
gourps.
3. Mic fails to pair with the
machine.

Solution
1. Try the fresh batteries.
2. Turn off one of mics, then hold
both power button and setting
button to switch the group.
3. Press setting button to adjust
the channels

2. Turn up the volume(both panel
and remote).

2. Have the mic get far away from
the machine, especially not aim
the top the mic to the machine.
1. Reboot both the machine and
your device.

3. The machine only connects to
one device once. You need to
delete the old device from Bluetooth
and pair with the new one.
The static noise is due to different

Recording is only available under
"LINE" mode, so Bluetooth will
not work while recording.
