Demontieren der Serien – Auspuffanlage /

Entfernen Sie die Abdeckungen und anschließend die vorderen Hitzeschutzbleche (Abb. 1 / 2).

Remove the covers and also the front heatshields (pic.1 / 2).

Entfernen Sie die Seitenabdeckungen und demontieren Sie die Sitzbank. Lösen Sie die Schellen und Halterschrauben der

Schalldämpfer und nehmen Sie diese ab (Abb. 3 / 4).

Remove the side covers and dismount the seat. Loosen the screws of the clamps as well as the screws of the brackets. Now

remove the mufflers (pic.3 / 4).

Page 2 Montieren Sie die REMUS Sportschalldämpfer und befestigen Sie diesen. Im Anschluss verlegen Sie die Kabel der Stellmotoren wie abgebildet. (Abb. 7 / 8 ). Mount the REMUS mufflers and fasten them. In the next step guide the cables of the actuators as shown in the picture below. (pic. 7 / 8).
Page 3 Remove the screw cover and mount the supplied button. Guide the connection as shown (pic.9 / 10). Verbinden Sie die Kabel der Stellmotoren und das des Tasters mit der REMUS Steuereinheit. Führen Sie den einpolig belegten Stecker auf die rechte und den dreipolig belegten Stecker auf die linke Fahrzeugseite zu den jeweiligen Steckanschlüssen.

Montieren Sie im letzten Schritt alle zuvor entfernten Anbauteile und fixieren Sie sämtliche Kabel mit Hilfe von Kabelbindern.
Page 5 Um das gepflegte Aussehen verchromten sowie schwarz lackierten Bauteile auf Dauer zu gewährleisten, ist eine einfache Reinigung notwendig. Vor allem Salzablagerungen müssen umgehend mit Wasser entfernt werden. Slightly tighten the clamp- and bolted connections. Align the REMUS sport exhaust and tighten the connections. Start the engine and test the whole system for leaks.
