„ Notes about prevention from
damage of OLED TV screens
• Image retention
OLED TVs are prone to image retention
due to the characteristics of the materials
used. If the image repeatedly displays
at the same position on the screen, or
display time is too long, image retention
may occur, which is not a TV malfunction.
Please avoid the following operations
for a long time, which may cause image
retention:
- There are black bars content on the
top, bottom, left, and right of the
screen.
- There are still images such as photos.
- There are video games with some still
contents and pictures.
- There are picture menu, program
guide, channel identification, etc.
- There are static content of the application .

Important Safety Instructions
• Reducing the risk of image retention
- It is recommended to turn off the
TV normally by pressing the remote
control.
- Avoid using it for a long time in non-
full-screen zoom mode and small
window playback mode.
- Avoid displaying still images, clocks,
or logos with bright colors (including
white) on any part of the screen.
- Set the image settings according to
the environmental conditions. In the
case of using it at home, as well as
watching the TV station logo which
often shows, etc., standard images are
recommended.
• Other functions
When displaying still images, clocks, bright
colors or logos, etc., the screen brightness
is automatically reduced, which is not a TV
malfunction.
