AE-10NA Operation Manual Mixing Operation STANDARD MIXING PROCEDURES NOTE: Before using a new mixing bowl, and before each use of any mixing bowl or mixing egg whites or whole eggs, the bowl should be thoroughly washed with hot water and mild soap. Rinse the bowl with a mild soda or vinegar solution, and then thoroughly rinse it again with clean water.

Always stop the mixer before changing GEARSHIFT LEVER speeds. To change speeds, turn the switch OFF, move the gear shift lever to the desired speed, and turn the switch back ON.

AE-10NA Operation Manual Hub Attachments HUB ATTACHMENTS: The mixer’s standard-sized, No. 12 hub accommodates a variety of optional attachments. To install an attachment, loosen the thumbscrew on the attachment hub and remove the hub cover plug. Insert the attachment into the attachment hub making certain that the square shank of the attachment is in the square driver of the mixer.
