1 Product Overview 1.1 Overview This product is a high-performance outdoor intelligent terminal management device, mainly used to receive transmission of front camera video and pictures, set the video management, data management, real-time storage, picture display and network switching functions into one. The products are widely used in various road safety monitoring system and channel monitoring system to a variety of ways of device storage, storage platforms and PC client storage.

3 System Networking In the networking system of the product, central server and monitoring spot (location of front-end camera) need to be connected to Ethernet at the same time, while there is no need of video line between center and monitoring spot. Figure 3- 1 ITC management device is used to store HD encoded video and picture send by HD camera, to save all passed vehicle data, and upload to central server for management.
4 Local Operation You can view channel video and picture via monitor locally. The device supports connection to monitor via VGA port, connection to mouse via USB port, when successfully connect and boot up the device, the monitor shows local interface, default is video interface.
Figure 4- 2 4.2 View Picture If you view a single channel picture, you can click Picture, and click a channel. Channel color changes from as you can view channel picture. Details of the picture will be shown below the window. The following is an example of 1-window, see Figure 4- 3.

5 WEB Client 5.1 Intro The device supports WEB page access and device management on PC client. WEB client provides preview, search, setup and alarm modules. 5.2 System Login 5.2.1 Network Connection Step 1. Confirm device is correctly connected into the Internet. Step 2.

6 Quick Configuration Tool 6.1 Overview Quick configuration tool can search current IP address, modify IP address. At the same time, you can use it to upgrade the device. Please note the tool only applies to the IP addresses in the same segment. 6.2 Operation Double click the “ConfigTools.exe”icon, you can see an interface is shown as in Figure 6- 1.
