- Page 8 2. Veiligheidsinstructies Uw Falco-leverancier kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor onei- genlijk gebruik en hierdoor ontstane gevolgen. Gebruik de brug alleen voor het heffen van voertuigen binnen de specificaties, zoals omschreven in deze gebruikershandleiding. Deze gebruikershandleiding maakt deel uit van de brug en dient daarom zorgvuldig bij de brug te worden bewaard.
- Page 9 3. Assemblage • Verwijder de verpakking van de hefbrug en van de pomp, let op! laat de brug op de pallet /onderkant van de verpakking staan • Controleer of de brug compleet is • 1x hefbrug, 1x pompunit, 4x rubber opnameblok, 1x verankeringsset, 1x slangen pakket, 1x handvat.

Let op! Voordat de brug in gebruik genomen wordt dient het serienummer op het typeplaatje, achter in deze handleiding ingevuld te worden op de EG-verklaring. Controleer of het pakket alle onderdelen van de VL35B230M bevat en niet beschadigd is: •... - Page 12 • Nadat de verbindingen gecontroleerd zijn kan de stroom ingeschakeld worden. Zet vervolgens de voedingsschakelaar aan die te vinden is op de bedieningsunit(Nr. 9), het indicatielampje gaat branden. • Controleer met behulp van de peilstok of er voldoende olie in de olietank zit, bedien de brug niet als de olietank leeg is.
- Page 13 4. Gebruik • Maak geen gebruik van waterstralen, oplosmiddelen of verf in de buurt van de brug. • Zorg dat de maximale capaciteit van de brug niet overschreden wordt. Houd rekening met de hoogte van het werkgebied en tel de maximale hoogte van de brug op bij de hoogte van het voertuig om te bepalen of het voertuig geheven kan worden.

Only use the bridge for lifting vehicles within the spe- cifications as described in this owner’s manual. Attention! Before the bridge is put into use, the serial number on the type plate must be filled in on the EC declaration at the back of this manual. Check that the package contains all parts of the VL35B230M and that it is not damaged:... - Page 27 • Check with the dipstick whether there is enough oil in the oil tank, do not operate the bridge if the oil tank is empty. Use CH 46-V hydraulic oil. • Attach all oil lines and press the up button, test the electrical parts. If the motor does not operate, the bridge makes an abnormal noise, the plat- form does not rise, or the motor becomes hot, STOP the bridge immedia- tely and check the wire connections.
- Page 28 4. Use • Do not use water jets, solvents or paint near the bridge. • Make sure that the maximum capacity of the bridge is not exceeded. Consider the height of the work area and add the maximum height of the bridge to the height of the vehicle to determine if the vehicle can be lifted.
