    MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE Removing and Replacing the Air Filter Type 1 Push the hooks down until they click into place. Turn off the power to the appliance. Locate the knobs of the air filter on the top front of the appliance. To make sure the filter is assembled properly, press down along the entire front length of the filter.

    MAINTENANCE Insert the hooks on the air filters into the front cover. Check the side of the front cover to make sure that the air filters are assembled correctly. Cleaning the Air Filter Remove the air filter from the appliance. Clean the air filter with a vacuum cleaner or wash it with lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
