MONITOR PLATE AND ADAPTERS Use diagrams to determine which mounting configuration is needed to attach monitor plate (with or without adapters) to the back of TV. Please check TV wall mounting compatibility before proceeding with installation. Please ensure A and B adapters are positioned as shown in the below diagrams. - Page 6 STEP 1- REMOVE MONITOR PLATE FROM MOUNT AND REMOVE COVERS FROM WALL PLATE Remove monitor plate from wall plate Loosen Remove and save Phillips head screws and washers.
