ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION You can install the Hardlife container shelter with a 2–4 member team of your own in 2 days, by carefully fol- lowing the instructions provided in this Instruction Manual. BASE PLATE INSTALLATION Refer to Figures 1 and 2 to place the base plates and square tubes for C2020H and C2040H, respectively. All measurements are from centre to centre of the tubes. 1. Arrange the 2 female square tube base plates used for corners (component code L1) and the 2 male square tube base plates used for corners (component code L2), as shown in Figures 1 and 2.

6. Weld the 4 angle seats (component code 8) on the two containers (2 angle seats per container on the front and back), as shown in Figures 13 and 14. 7. Use the ropes (component code 11) to lace the roof cover grommet aps around the front and rear arches of the frame, as shown in Figures 13 and 14.
