INTRODUCTION Varna Buildings Varna hot-galvanised steel frame made of Q215 steel tubes and, the fabric is made of heavy-duty PVC. To ensure safety, please read through this instruction manual carefully prior to the assembly, installa- tion, use, and removal of the container shelters. Improper site preparation, assembly, and maintenance of the container shelters may invalidate warranty. -

BASE PLATE INSTALLATION Refer to Figures 1 and 2 to place the base plates and square tubes for C2020H and C2040H, respectively. All measurements are from centre to centre of the tubes. 1. Arrange the 2 female square tube base plates used for corners (component code L1) and the 2 male square tube base plates used for corners (component code L2), as shown in Figures 1 and 2. -

NOTE: • Ensure that the screw head is in the right direction to prevent it from tearing the roof cover. • Assemble all the arches and lay them on the ground. Do not erect them until all the arches have been as- sembled. -
