HOSE REEL GUIDE ASSEMBLY

PARTS
Align the Shoulder Bolt, two Flat Washers, Roller, Roller
Axel, and 1/2" Nylock Nut as shown above.
Hold the Shoulder Bolt from moving with the 7/16" Hex
Wrench while tightening the Nylock Nut with the 3/4"
Wrench.
Repeat for the other Roller Axel.
3.
PARTS
Use Hex Head Bolts and Flange Nuts to secure to
your Hose Reel with two 7/16" Wrenches in the top
set of holes on the front of the reel.

PARTS
None
Place the Tube End Caps on the Roller Axel Posts and
press the end of the Guide Tube onto both.
NOTE: The only difference between the 12" and 18" kit is the length
of the Guide Tube.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Hose reel guides manufactured by Valley Industries
are warrantied for 1-year from date of shipment when
properly installed, maintained and operated.
The Warranty will cover parts replacement on
manufacturer and workmanship defects.
