  • Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Attach the wheels to the changer as shown in Fig 1. Fig 1. 2. Attach a dowel #3 into each of the side rails. Attach the side rails to the changer end as shown in FIG2 with a #2 bolt. Do not tighten completely.

Attach the other changer end to frame. Place the #2 bolts in the available holes and tighten with the allen key #5. Place the #3 dowels under the top shelf to provide that extra support.
