    PERSONAL SAFETY • Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when using the cart. Do not use the cart while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating the cart may result in serious personal injury.
  • Page 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: Do not completely tighten screws until the assembly is complete. For easier assembly, we recommend two people to assemble this product. STEP 1: Install Front Axle Support, Front Wheels and Handle (See Fig. 2) Take out the cardboard from the shipping carton, put the cart Bed (part# 1) onto it to keep from scratching or surface damage.
  • Page 5 Fig. 2 STEP 2: Install Rear Axle Support and Rear Wheels (See Fig. 3) (1) Turn up the foldable Rear Axle Support (part# 4) by 90 degree and lock it with Hex Nut (part# 15) and washer (part# 12). (2) Assemble Center Front Axle Brace (part# 18) on Bed (part# 1) and axle on Rear Axle Support (part# 4), use Nut (part# 15) and Washer (part# 12), then tighten.
