    Original Parts Original parts must be used to repair our aerial work platform series products. The use of non-original parts may lead to the following dangerous situations: -Legally, you will be liable for accidents that occurred due to the use of non-original parts. -Technically, the use of non-original parts will have a significant impact on the operation and service life of the machine.

    Instructions for Operators When you see this symbol, it means: Beware! Be careful! Your safety may be at risk! General: A-Operation manual -Read and understand the operation manual carefully. -The manual must always be placed in an easily accessible place on the machine and should be prepared in the language applicable to the operator.
  • Page 8 C-Maintenance -The user must immediately notify the dealer if he/she finds that the aerial work platform fails to operate properly or comply with safety rules. -The operator must not do any maintenance and commissioning work independently. If he is responsible for this work, he must move the aerial work platform to a clean and tidy location before working on it.
  • Page 9 Instructions for Driving A- Control box layout Wear clothes suitable for operating the aerial work platform. Do not wear loose clothes. Do not use wet hands or wear wet or contaminated shoes while operating. Do not stick your feet or any other parts of your body out of the basket while operating. Always wear a safety helmet.
  • Page 10 C-Operating the Aerial Work Platform Safety rules Do not use the aerial work platform when the battery level is low or the machine moves slowly. In some cases, such situations (low battery level and slow movement) can be avoided by routine inspection. Do not use a machine that is not in good operating condition or which has not been inspected.
  • Page 11 Instructions for Operation -The machine can be operated on the ground: No one else should approach it during operation. -An aerial work platform should not be used as a crane or a lifter to transport goods and people continuously. -When operating the AWP for lifting, look around to make sure there are no people or objects causing an obstruction and avoid incorrect operation.

General -Read the manual carefully. -Clean the aerial work platform and its surroundings before maintenance. -Wear clothes suitable for maintenance. Do not wear jewelry and loose clothes. If necessary, tie your hair up to protect it.

  • Page 31 Instructions for Basic Control Commands and Functions 1.Emergency stop switch This switch is used to stop all movements of the lift in the event of a sudden breakdown. -Press the button to stop all movements. -Rotate the button a quarter of a turn to the right to restart. (The button will automatically return to its original position.) This command is valid in all cases, even if you are operating in the basket.
  • Page 32 4. Basket turning button This button is used to turn the basket. Turning to the right -Turn the ground/basket control selector switch to the ground control position. Move button 4 up and hold it, and push the direction selector button 11 up. Turning to the left -Turn the ground/basket control selector switch to the ground control position.

Extending the telescopic boom -Turn the ground/basket control selector switch to the ground control position. Move button 7 up and hold it, and push the direction selector button 11 up. When the angle of the slope where the aerial work platform is located is greater than the allowed angle , the warning device gives a warning with intermittent buzzes. The indicator light on the aerial work platform will go on.

Slope angle indicator light -When the angle of the slope where the aerial work platform is located is greater than the maximum allowable angle, the indicator light goes on and the lifting movements of all booms are locked. 28.   • Page 39 AWP Operation Lift Traveling in transport and working conditions Before moving and using the lift, remove the lift body rotation stop dowel where necessary (Figure A). The switch 2 (Figure B) should be set to position A (platform/basket control) There are two traveling modes for the aerial work platform: -Transport condition: In this condition, all folding booms of the aerial work platform are in the lowest position.
  • Page 40 The critical point between transport condition and working condition The folding booms are retracted as well as the telescopic boom. In the transport condition, the folding booms can be lifted slightly by no more than 5cm. The telescopic boom is extended by no more than 2cm. Placement and lifting The aerial work platform is designed for use on level ground.
  • Page 41 Loading and unloading the AWP Check whether safety instructions regarding the flatbed truck are visible before loading the AWP. Ensure that the truck driver has been informed of the dimensions and weight of the AWP. The AWP should be in the transport condition when it is loaded onto the flatbed truck: -The upper boom is in the horizontal position.

    Emergency measures The operator in the basket getting ill or losing control ability In the event that the operator becomes ill or loses control ability, the person on the ground can gain control of the lift through the ground control panel. Follow the instructions below: -Call the medical emergency station.

  • Page 45 Rescue Procedure This section provides a description of the procedure to be followed and the controllers to be used when you encounter a problem (a fault occurring on the AWP or an operator trapped in the basket) during operation of the AWP. This procedure should be read and fully understood by the operator (and anyone carrying out the work around the machine) during the management of the machine and at regular intervals thereafter.

Also,for stability reasons, it can only be towed by a machine with significant braking power: The two machines are connected with a towing bar. -To put the AWP into a freewheel state, it must not be subject to movement caused by a sloped surface. The wheels must be able to turn freely.
