8 Troubleshooting

Problem
A program
cannot be
started or
selected.
There is water
inside the
product.
Washer does not
fill with water or
wash after the
program was
selected and the
"Start/Pause/
Cancel" button
was pressed.
Washer does
not drain water
/ Washer drains
water slowly.

Reason
The product may have
switched to self protection
mode due to a supply problem
(line voltage, water pressure,
etc.).
Some water might have
remained in the product due to
the quality control processes
in the production.
Faucets may be turned off.
Water inlet hose may be
folded.
Water inlet strainers might be
clogged.
Is there power at the outlet?
Washer might be unplugged.
Drain hose may be folded.
Washer may be in handwash,
wools or soak cycle.
Drain pump filter or drain itself
may be clogged.
Door may not be closed
properly.
Drain hose may be folded.
Drain pump filter or drain itself
may be clogged.
Solution
* Press and hold the On /
Off button for 3 seconds to
reset the product to factory
settings. (See "Canceling the
program")
* This is not a failure; water is
not harmful to the product.
* Open the water faucets fully.
* Check the water inlet hose
and straighten if necessary.
* Clean the water inlet
strainers.
* Call an electrician and have
the power outlet / circuit
breaker / fuse checked.
* Plug the power cord to a live
electrical outlet.
* Check the drain hose and
straighten if necessary.
* Wait for a short time and
tumbling will start.
* Clean the drain pump filter
(See "User maintenance
instructions" ). If the house
drain pipes are clogged, call
a plumber for assistance.
* Close the loading door.
* Check the drain hose and
