  • Page 3 1. Description The Medical Device (MD) object of this technical documentation is the "PulsePen", in the two available configurations as defined below. PulsePen is an active medical device, for diagnostic purposes, intended for recording the arterial pressure curve and evaluating the stiffness of the arteries, using the non-invasive method of "applanation tonometry".
